Batch Vegetable blanchers come with a Stainless steel Insulated blanching tub mounted on a frame structure, having inner perforated basket. The tub will have an insulated top lid with lifting handle. The Blancher comes with Hot water & steam as blanching media

For the hot water system finned tube electrical heater coils are placed in the bottom of the tub to heat the water instantly ensuring water temperature is maintained constantly. For initial feed, Hot water at required temperature from the external source is fed to the tub. The fluctuation in temperature is taken care of by the internal heater coils.

The continuous conveyor dryers are multi deck conveyor systems housed in an insulated chamber. The hot air generated through heat exchangers are forced inside the dryer from the bottom passing thru the conveyor beds, taking away the moisture from the product on a continuous basis.

TROUGHED ROLLER CONVEYORS

WIRE MESH CONVEYORS

Wire mesh conveyors are generally used for conveying materials with high temperature or highly corrosive materials that are not able to get conveyed by other basic conveyors. These conveyors are used washing and dewatering applications, making them versatile for wet applications. The wire mesh assembly is linked with drive roller chains on both the ends and are positive sprocket driven conveyors. FRUIT PULPERS

The fruit Pulpers are intended to gently pulp the fibrous stone fruits like Mango, Berries Pineapple, Tomato, Apple & Guava...etc. The Pulper comes with the options of single drum and two drum configuration.

The construction involves a Pulping drum comprising series of beater rods mounted on a common shaft with bearing block. The assembly is mounted on a sturdy frame structure.

The secondary drum is mounted on theisame frame which receives the de stoned fruits from the primary drum and further does the pulping function.

Both the drums are connected to a common drive thru belts and pulleys.

The machine comes with suitable perforated strainer filter mesh. During the pulping function, the stones and slags are removed automatically

FRUITS & VEGETABLE WASHERS

The batch bubble washers are meant for small batch manual washing, where the feed and discharge are handled manually. The construction consists of a sturdy base frame structure and an outer washing tub mounted over it.

Tiltable hinged perforated tub is placed inside the washing tub, where in product is filled and washed in batches. A regenerative ring blower fitted on the bottom frame of the system will create intense turbulence in the water and ensures thorough wash.

The tilting can be done with manual pull/push or with the aid of a telescopic cylinder. The water lines are designed such that the water filling and drain are done in quick intervals.
